I started 'TreeSPIRIT' in late 2015 and completed her in 2018. Not having a clear purpose for TreeSPIRIT only to embrace the time in meditation; discovering her story in 2017 and all that she has to offer…

With the foundation of all mosaic glass paintings being wood, the irony of this painting acknowledges the Spirit of its wood foundation. The purpose for the wood of this particular tree was to live beyond its natural life exerting its new spiritual energy in truth and purpose as a TreeSPIRIT mosaic painting.  'TreeSPIRIT' reminds me of the two oak trees gating Eden; and the world outside in the foreground. TreeSPIRIT looks great in any space. The original having a pealed wood paint textured background and purposely positioned off-center with a rustic texture. TreeSPIRIT spreads positive vibes and ignites great conversation for all who “sees” Her.
